Community Engagement Associate
TLDEF seeks a creative, driven , and nimble Community Engagement Associate to build momentum for our legal advocacy on behalf of transgender, gender nonconforming, and non-binary people nationwide. The successful candidate will be excited about generating support for our issues among our stakeholders; collaborating with the broa der movement for transgender justice and equality; and working across the organization to effectively advance TLDEF’s mission. Director of Development
TLDEF is searching for an energetic and entrepreneurial Director of Development to grow the organization’s capacity for its next chapter to advance full and lived equality for transgender and non-binary people across the country. The Director of Development will design and lead fundraising programs that are strategic, data-driven, and sustainable. In partnership with the Executive Director, the Director of Development will collaborate with TLDEF’s Board of Directors to identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing best-in-class policies, systems, and processes. TLDEF seeks an organized, adaptive, and motivated Staff Attorney to join its growing Legal Program focused on providing immediate, comprehensive, and lasting legal change for transgender people, particularly those most pushed to the margins. The successful candidate will be intellectually curious and passionate about transgender legal advocacy; deeply committed to centering the needs of TLDEF’s transgender clients and stakeholders; actively partnering with the broader movement for transgender justice and equality; and working across the organization to effectively advance TLDEF’s mission. The Staff Attorney will have an opportunity to gain direct, hands on experience with transgender litigation and policy advocacy. The Staff Attorney reports to the Legal Director.
